Located in Saxonwold, Johannesburg, O2 Pilates is a Boutique Reformer Pilates studio offering expert-led classes in a welcoming and supportive environment. We combine precision movement, innovative training techniques and professional Tower Reformer equipment to help our members improve strength, flexibility, mobility and overall wellbeing.

MEET TATUM

Founder & Head Instructor

 

Tatum Dreyer is a certified Pilates instructor trained through Conscious Movement at The Source in Cape Town under Renee Watson.

Her qualifications include Anatomy, Mat Pilates, Comprehensive Equipment and Pre- & Post-Natal Pilates.
 

With a background in dance, competitive sport and functional movement, Tatum brings energy, expertise and passion to every class.

Her teaching focuses on strength, alignment and creating a strong mind-body connection, helping clients feel stronger, move better and leave every session feeling their best.
